Already bridge Helium, today the Sant'Angelo Bridge , was built in 134 AD under the Emperor Hadrian from which it took its name , to enter the mausoleum which he had erected , and in which he was buried . Since then, the name " Sant'Angelo " is extended to the bridge and the Mausoleum of Hadrian, on which stands the famous angel was erected to commemorate the event .
